What the video shows

  1. Drop in the case file. Word, PDF, scans, e-mails and spreadsheets, subfolders included.
  2. Detect. People, organizations, addresses and contact details become labels: [PERSONNE_1], [ORGANISATION_1]… The same person keeps the same label across the whole file.
  3. Review and approve. Original and copy side by side; one click masks what detection missed.
  4. Export for AI. The copy goes to the AI you choose; the mapping table stays on the computer, and the real names come back into the answer.
