For the wording, yes; for the calculation, no. The code of ethics asks you to give debtors “the explanations needed to inform them about their situation” (art. 28, our translation): the AI can restate each item in plain language. Debtor, creditor and their contact details get a label; amounts, which detection ignores, remain readable unless you mask them. Interest, costs and allocation of payments are checked in your practice software, not in the conversation.

No: pseudonymization applies to publication. The surnames and first names of natural persons, parties or third parties, are blanked out before being made available to the public (Code of judicial organization, art. L. 111-13). The judgment you enforce, however, names the parties and their domicile or registered office (Code of civil procedure, art. 454).
