Because the published notice doesn't say what your file contains. It gives the debtor's name, registered office, identification number, business and the date of the judgment (Commercial Code, art. R. 621-8). Your reports add employees, creditors, amounts and the causes of the difficulties, all covered by your secrecy: “everything that came to the knowledge” of the practitioner in their work (professional rules for administrateurs and mandataires judiciaires, rule 212.1, our translation). Yes, on the grid set by the Commercial Code: every bid states in particular the assets, rights and contracts taken over, the price, the level and prospects of employment, and the performance guarantees (art. L. 642-2). Each bidder, its managers and its advisers get a label; rename it if needed, for instance [ORGANISATION_OFFRE_A]. Prices stay visible unless you select them. The AI builds the table; assessing the bids remains your job.

It needs particular care: the GDPR classes data concerning health and trade union membership as special categories, whose processing is prohibited save for exceptions (art. 9). A sick leave, an unfitness for work or a union mandate can be enough to recognize an employee. Detection isn't designed for these mentions: select them in the original and they are masked throughout the file. If the task doesn't require these documents, don't include them.
