It's your choice: amounts are not detected automatically. To review clauses, the AI generally doesn't need the price: select it in the original and it becomes a label throughout the file, wherever it appears in the same form. The decree of 26 November 1971 on notarial deeds requires sums to be written in words, with exceptions such as repeated sums (art. 8). The same price can therefore appear in words and in figures: select each form.

Not directly. « Réinjecter un résultat » (put a result back) restores the real names in the AI's text answer, pasted or imported as .txt, .md, .docx or .pdf, on the office computer, with a preview before saving; a tagged Word or PDF file is restored in its layout. On 9 July 2026, the French notaries' council (CSN) announced that offices would get access to AI solutions “in a secure, controlled European cloud environment that guarantees respect for the notary's professional secrecy” (our translation). Notaries remain free to use it or to choose others that comply with the profession's AI charter.
